We process personal data under the GDPR and German BDSG. This website uses no cookies, analytics, tracking services or externally loaded fonts.

3. Hosting

The site is hosted on a server from Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. IP address, time, requested resource, browser information and referrer may be processed for secure technical delivery (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The web server keeps no regular access log; security-related error data is retained only as needed for troubleshooting.

4. Phone and WhatsApp

When you contact us, we process contact details and messages to handle your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). WhatsApp is operated by WhatsApp Ireland Limited, Dublin, and may process metadata outside the EEA. Use is voluntary; do not send highly sensitive data.

5. Applications and recruitment

We process CVs, qualifications and application data for private recruitment. Candidate data is shared with potential employers only after prior consultation. If no placement occurs, documents are deleted no later than six months after completion unless longer storage was consented to.

6. Your rights

You have rights of access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability and objection (Arts. 15–21 GDPR), and the right to complain to a supervisory authority.
